Opening times

The facilities in the Health Club are available whenever the building is open. Typically this is from 6 am to 9pm every day including weekends.

Please remember to sign in if you are using the Health Club outside of normal working hours. This is very important for your own safety.

Families

Families, including partners, are more than welcome to join - minimum age 16.

Thinking of joining?

The Health Club is run by the members for the members. All subscription fees are used to improve the facilities. Just look what you get for £10 per month per person.

Alternative treatments by "All About You"
